sewing a foil together ? ?

Unfortunately, the server is mid-way through a rebuild and the chevron site isn't up just yet. I hope to fix it shortly.

This is the common description, but the reality is that you just fold the fabric in-side-out so that you can *start* the seam, then just squish things into the cell as you need to in order to keep sewing. You end up with just the corner of the canopy turned inside the end cell. It's not difficult.

Another thing I found incredibly helpful was to make a tiny little two-cell foil about 30cm wide with a pretty much triangular profile and sew that together Two cells = three ribs, so you get to sew one end, a mid rib, and the final end, the LE, the TE, any gauze you might be putting in

Ok. Here is a little more detail. One of the principles behind OurShack.com is that we can do things that that a normal ISP wouldn't consider.
