I read somewhere that 'due to improved production methods' skyshark tubes no longer require the reinforced ends. Is this true for all tubes (including 2P, 3P etc.) or is it just true for the new 'straight' tubes?

Thanks a lot,

This is just for the new 'P' series P100, P200 etc they are smooth rods and can be cut anywhere and still have the same strength at the join. This can't be said for all wrapped rods, yes, as far as I am aware even the 3PT, 5PT rods from Skyshark.

However, go visit the web site for further details, I think there are some on there.
