What are the worst places to fly??? I'd say that Sacramento has to at least be in the top 10.. (there are few large parks, and most of them have a lot of trees) Not to mention the crappy wind here.

my bathroom is a terrible place to fly, you trip over the toilet, get your lines caught on the sink, it's just a nightmare...

Oh. This is going to be a short thread, 'cause I got the perfect answer. The absolutely worst place to fly is Helsinki, Finland. Trust me. If you don't, come see for yourself.

Ok, well, in the winter the ice is a good place to fly. Only it's -30 degrees cold...

I wonder where the best place to fly is...

Ahhhhh Dave Ever hear of tides??? Sometimes the beach is narrow (High Tide) sometimes its wide (Low Tide). Anytime your at the shore look for a tide table when your perusing the two for one dinner coupons in the tourist rack. Depending on the time of the year you may find that you need kite lites to do any flying at any shore area. Can't help you with the parks, knowing Naples You probably have to own property valued at $250K before the Chamber of Commerce awards you with a key. Further north in Ft. Myers there are some nice parks that have open access and good parking. Beach Access can be difficult because of traffic but once you get near them you will have miles to choose from.

Any place that is bad to fly a kite, isn't a kite location, so there aren't any bad locations to fly a kite! ;-
